The central planners like to pretend they're the bosses when it comes to things like the automotive industry, and, unfortunately, we've seen a lot of automakers just go along with it initially without putting too much thought into what their real bosses, the consumers, really wanted. I believe there’s another problem with charging stations. As I recall, while talking to an Uber driver in California, not ALL the charging stations are compatible with ALL EV cars. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
