As a writer, myself, I agree with all of these lines and I can also understand the hardships. Under my legal name, I do write for a decent living, so that's kind of cool. But, at the same time, I was writing for pennies, at best, before that, before it started to bring in part-time, and eventually, full-time income. But even if it didn't make me money and if I was still pulling steel at a warehouse in Southwestern Pennsylvania, I'd still be writing fiction, and I'd also still be writing and sharing my takes on select sports.
