justice is supposedly restoration to a state that existed prior to a tort.
there is no restoration to a rape recipient.
there is no restoration to a murdered human.
there is no restoration of peace of mind to robbed folks.
a healed broken bone will not be as it was before the tort that led to its fracture.
there is only revenge, retribution, restitution.
