It's unfortunate to see Norway sinking to such a low level. So many of the masses are led to believe that those at the highest levels of government are well-versed in areas like economics, but it's clear Norway's Labor Party, and many entrenched in the Far-Left here in the U.S., either have not an iota of understanding of economics or simply think that, somehow, their wealth taxes will work. My not-so-bold prediction is that, if this is implemented in the U.S., it will backfire every bit as much as it has in Norway.
of course, tax people too much and they'll just go to where that doesn't happen. Or they'll quit producing. Even a dull normal should be able to figure that out.
Happened in France and the UK too. Happens everywhere it’s enacted. Odd that.
