There is no such thing as Individualism nor Collectivism. They are ideal extremes on a dichotomy scale that doesn't exist in reality. Saying that, the U.S. ranks as the most Individualist of all ~196 countries in the world, yet some complain we are too far toward Collectivism.
We are all created with a need to belong. So we search for our cause , our little group but what we’re really searching for is a relationship with our creator. People will continue that search until they find God.
